Villa Mes Nuits Blanches - Price List 2021

Our French villa is hotly sought-after and will book up fast during the summer months – if you want the latest updates on availability and prices, follow our social media. 

For lettings of one week during July / August, the cost is £250 extra.

Change-over day is Saturday – arrival after 3pm and departure before 9.30am.

We will require a refundable security deposit to ensure that the property is left clean and tidy, and also to cover any accidental damage, lost keys, etc. This is returned after your holiday.

To rent the French villa, we will simply require a 25% deposit. The full amount will be due no later than 8 weeks before your departure date.
